Lets take it a few steps further than that article and look at more losses of our Rights and Fascist measures:
- Infragard Biometric ID systems in place that connect to cameras in stores and other public places (ie street cameras, sports stadiums, Wal-Mart).
- Contrary to the Posse Comitatus Act under which our forefathers served this country, Police departments have access to military developed spy equipment thanks to "Homeland Security / Fusion".
- US soldiers trained in "Advanced War-fighting Exercises" (ie urban assault against civilians) using the city of Bhagdad as a test bed. Now these same soldiers are coming home to join the domestic police force, sometimes without enough training to know the difference between an "enemy combatant" and a US citizen. Or, worse, severe PTSD.
- New "nonlethal" (ie torturing) crowd control systems. Acoustic weapons, directed-energy, lazers, tazers, stun grenades and good old-fashioned chemical weapons (pepper spray). Contrlled EMP telecommunications disruptors.
- For those who have a hard time complying with the program of complacency, there are psychoactive pharmaceuticals. For those who refuse that, there is the good old public water supply that is actively drugged with neurotoxin (flouride) and passively drugged with antidepressants and estrogen. Yep. Everything anyone pisses out is still in that water you drink. What, did you ASSUME it was being removed somehow at the treatment plant?
- New regulations interfering with simple self sufficiency (like collecting rain water or selling farm food) and swat raids on food stores.
- Slave labor prisons & concentration camps. Read the 13 Amendment. It did not outlaw all slavery. People just have to be convicted of a crime before being enslaved.
- All cell phones are passive tracking and listening systems. (ie turned on to listen to a room without the holder being aware.
- Cell phones constantly record your GPS location as well as all texts sent.
Yep, it's clear that we are living under a military-industrial-complex controlled by the financier elite run amok.
Think about it, MANY ongoing stories of local, federal or worldwide importance are vastly under reported in the mainstream media. By the time something hits the mainstream, it is just damage control. How much do you think anyone cares about Lindsey Lohan or Jackson's trial when the planet is going to hell, the economy is hijacked and the Constitution is being dismantled? If you have heard of the a media outlet website for years, it is mainstream and behind the curve in most cases. Maybe not true for the few remaining "old-school" journalists like the PBS, NY Times, etc. But even these are infiltrated by the intel cabal as well.
It takes a lot of time to comb through the BS and get to what might be considered "core" issues. These are referred to as "Conspiracy theories" by the mainstream disinformation machine. Blatant propaganda is legally presented as fact. And this paractice goes back to where most advanced modern state technology had it's start... Nazi Germany.
So much of our military technology is a continuation of German Nazi work. Psych meds... Nazi. Rocket ICBMs... Nazi. Jet fighters...Nazi. Stealth tech...Nazi. UFO's (the manmade ones)... Nazi. Hell our special forces use German handguns. The US (and Russia) took over where the Nazi Fascists left off. And we are better at it than they were. More compartmentalized need-to-know structure. A better propoganda machine. With a much nicer face, the "Land of the Free". Now with a minority "President"!
We know better, living here today. Thanks to an underestimated side effect of internet mass communications... awareness.

So, oddly, even if our "new world order" government does it, it doesn't make it legal. And NOTHING makes abuses to our "God - given" human rights okay or acceptable. Hence the Second Amendment.
